All of our chickens were raised here on the farm. We are current raising two types of chicken, organically fed and all-naturally fed.

 Both are No Antibiotics and No Hormones.

We currently have both Organically Fed and All-Natural Fed Chicken Options available in our stand. 

We offer whole and cut up along with individual cuts of chicken including hearts and livers. The cuts are sold in small packages, and the price is dependent upon the cut and the weight.

We pasture raise our Berkshire pigs here on the farm. Renowned for its exceptional taste, marbling, and health benefits, Berkshire pork outshines other types of pork in many ways. Berkshire pork is often referred to as the "Wagyu of Pork," and for a good reason. It boasts a rich, buttery, and tender flavor that sets it apart from other types of pork. 

We currently have hams, pork chops, sausage, bacon, ribs and more in our stand. 

 Our Pork is sold in small packages with price being dependent upon the cut and the weight.

Our Hedges' Farm honey is gathered here from the bees on our farm. Those bees have pollinated our blackberry and peach tree blossoms. 

We cannot wait for you to try some! We will be adding even more bees to the farm this spring!

We carry three types of honey:

*Great Tasting Honey but Not Local.

*Local but Not from Our Farm. The local honey is darker in color but has a natural, light apple flavor.

*Hedges' Farm Honey from our Berry & Peach Blossoms. Our honey is a light-flavored honey with a hint of citrus.

Honey prices Range from $10 to $40 depending on type and size.

Farmer Darrell has worked with the chickens here on the farm for five generations to get our beautiful colored eggs. Our eggs are always in high demand.

In the spring and summer, we do offer hatching eggs for some of our breeds of chickens. We will post updates on Facebook when we have those available.

We do ask that you return our clear cartons for us to reuse to keep prices low.

We restock the stand each morning with the available eggs.

We go to the Dairy to pick up Milk and Yogurt every Friday night and are restocked every Saturday morning when we open. We try to purchase enough to stock the stand for 1 week, but some weeks are busier than others.
